Which hospital i need to go in order to document for going back to the office?
Company requested 7 days quarantine after travel.
In addition, company requested document that I have no infection about corona in order to go back to work.
Can I go local nearest clinic to get this kind of document?
If can, how should i ask the doctor?
If not, which hospital do i need to go?

You may go to Accident and Emergency department of any hospital nearby your area and request for the letter saying that you are not infected by coronavirus. From there on, they will proceed accordingly depending on the hospital.
