Belum pasti sakit apa

hi, i’m 21 years old…previously i undergo septoplasty sugery as i had a deviated septum. However, after the surgery (its been 2 months anyway), i’ve been having shortness of breath. I’m not sure whether it is because of the anaesthethic or something else that triggers my lungs… because before the surgery i dont face this kind of problem. It happened after the surgery. The doctor told me i have mild asthma, but i need second opinion as previously i have no health issues even before the surgery. Why does this happened after the surgery?
