Frequent Tension Headache

I am 28 years old and a G6PD

I am suffer from multiple Tension Headache throughout the day, about 5 times and it comes back every 1 or 2 hours after resting.

During these tension headache, I can feely the blood in my head pumping, the part beside my ears and when I pltouch my top head, toward the back of the skull, I can feel blood pumping.

Could this be stress or high blood pressure?
