Fungus infection or not?

hi, i’m a woman in my 20’s.My problem is my hand, I assume it’s has been infected by fungus…so I’ve been using anti fungal cream (1% clotrimazole) for the past 2 month when it’s first appear.Unfortunately, there is no sign of improvement as the infection gradually become bigger. It also seem to have small watery spot covered almost all infected area.In the middle it seems to have an inflammation. As clotrimazole did’nt work, now i’m using anti fungal cream (1% tolnaftate).I’ve been using it for 4 days but still no sign.Should I just proceed using the cream or choose to use anti fungal cream that have some steroid in it to relieve the inflammation.I also tried using a tropical method which use apple cider vinegar.I sometimes use the cider and also applying the cream.Should I only focus on using only 1 method or it is okay to use both. Or it is actually not fungus but something else…Ty in advance with your help.
