Seems like you’re having symptoms of fever, headache and body shaking. There are few conditions that might be causing your symptoms such as :
- Viral fever such as Influenza (flu) or Dengue fever
- Infection of the gastrointestinal tract (Gastroenteritis)
- Post-vaccination
However, your symptoms could be due to a more serious medical condition such as meningitis. Therefore, we advise you to talk to a doctor before starting any medication.
Regarding the medications, Panadol is an analgesic which is a type of painkiller while Ibuprofen (Brufen) and Diclofenac are anti-inflammatory drugs. Since you are sensitive to certain medications, we recommend to you to seek a doctor’s opinion before taking any medication to prevent any adverse effects.
