Live closely to Sendayan cluster

I’m a resident who stay in Sendayan. I went to a grocery shopping nearby my house
in Sendayan last Friday, I fell fatigued and have a fever at 38 degree yesterday, I had taken panadol and drink a lot of water to decrease the body temperature, it did help but I still feel fatigued and headaches. Coughing started today but not very often. No symptoms of sore throat or having trouble to breathe. Just that the fatigued and headache is still occurred. What should I do?
