Low grade fever and sore throat

Hi, I have the following symptoms since sunday (8th Mac) until today. I works in Sri Petaling and I commute to my workplace by public bus.
The COVID-19 risk assessment by KKM suggests that it may be other health issues.
May I know

  1. Shall i visit a klinik kesihatan to be examined by doctor?
  2. Is it safe to carry on classroom teaching?
    Thank you, Dr.
