Lower left abdominal pain after smoking

I am 28yo male, currently having pain on my lower left abdomen after smoking. The pain radiates to my crouch, I couldnt differentiate whether it is my left testicle or the scrotum is affected but mostly the pain radiates on my lower abdomen
