Mouth full of ulcers

I’m a teenage girl just entered 17 this year. I dont have anything in particular that could impact my health but im really concerned about my friend since her mother refuses to bring her for a checkup. At first, she had bloody stools accompanied with a very painful stomachache. Then her lips started to grow some small, oval shaped ulcers around the inner lips, close to each other like a bunch of clusters similar to those trypophobia images. The ulcers grows in number everyday and now there’s around 22 ulcers in her mouth. She’s unable to eat because her lips would bleed when she eats food like soup, fried rice etc. Because of that, now she just eat rice porridge. Her stomachache still doesn’t go away and again for the second time her stools are bloody. She also burps a lot, and she has a history of going to the hospital for her gastric and did an endoscopy. Her gastric also causes her to have mild(?) scoliosis because she always bends her body in pain. Thank you for reading this long essay really, thank you so much!
