My period have been showing abnormal casualties these past few months

Hi, I am a 23 year old. I have been having problems with my period these past few months. One time, the duration exceed to 9 days when usually my period only took about 6-7 days. Another time, it took 43 days for me to finally had my period when my average is only 30 days. And recently I had istihadah on my 11th day after I finished my last period. Not to mention the thick blood that I discharged every time I had my period. My question is that, should I be worried? Or this is normal considering my age?
