Phlegm, Blocked Sinus, tonsil’s feel swollen and feels heavy at the diaphragm area

Age 46, Unsure to do the test. Have not been overseas and no known contact with person positive cover -19. I have sleep apnea.

The back of my throat constantly feel like there is phlegm and my sinus is always blocked with my tonsil feel a little swollen.

Constantly I feel the lower part of my lungs heavy and pressing , no pain just feel something pushing from the inside.

I am wondering should I take the test? What is treatment like. I am a little claustrophobic.
