Questions on shortness of breath, COVID symptoms and my experience these past 2 weeks. I have also some questions that need answering

I am a 20 year old male,
recently I’ve had fever and flu but it subsided that was around late February. After the fever subsided I noticed a weird feeling in my chest. It is almost unnoticeable feeling of tight but it doesn’t affect my breath and lung capacity. Now, I have developed a sore throat but no flu or fever.

  1. Can I get more elaboration on shortness of breath? How do I tell if I have it? What does it feel like and what does it do?
  2. Does COVID almost always give u any1 of the symptoms? Like can u have a symptom but lack the other?
  3. How are people dying from COVID?

Thank you!

Thank you for the questions.
For your information, the feeling of shortness of breath is like gasping for air. Sometimes it can be like chest tightness and other time it can be as if you are gasping for air when you are doing strenous activity but in reality you are at rest.
