Self quarantine at home

I was a close contact with a covid patient last 2 weeks, so I went for covid tests and started to self quarantine at home. Fortunately both my first day and 14th day test results were negative. During this period there’s no any KKM officer came to me, and now my company ask me to submit a release letter from KKM. Is it compulsory to get the release letter before I back to work?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

First and foremost, we understand your concern regarding the issue stated. Unfortunately, we do not know the procedure whether it is compulsory for a patient to get a release letter after released from quarantine. It is best for your to contact the clinic or hospital where you did the swab test. Other than that, you may also ask Crisis Preparedness And Response Center (CPRC) for further explanation regarding your issue.
