Shortness of breath and currently no any other symptoms

Having short of breath after going down to grocery of condo. Immediately go for shower to clean and sanitise myself and there is snot. I think the snot is because the changes in temperature as the water showering on the head and body is not warm.
Currently didn’t have any other symptoms. It feels better a bit now. I am worried about that… So, do I need to isolate myself?
