Should i be concern these are symptoms of covid 19?

Hi. Im in my early 30s and I am a regular of sore throat since Im a kid. Such as, I will have sore throat at least every 2-3 months.

I am currently feeling some itchiness on my throat and have phlegm which seems to be causing some minor running nose. An extra note, I have not been sleeping more than 7 hours for the past 3 nights. However, I dont have headache, fever nor feeling sore on my throat yet.

Should I be concern that these are symptoms of Covi-19?

As far as I am aware, I have no close contacts with any suspects nor confirmed patients of Covid-19.

Really appreciate your advice.

Thanks

Miss Tan
