Stool came out with blood

I am an 18 years old student and since the last few weeks, my stool has been coming out with blood. The amount of blood is not much but I noticed some of them are quite semi-solid. The first time was a few weeks ago, the second time was early this week and tonight’s the third time. I’ve checked and there’s no wound on the exterior so I believe the problem might be in the rectum. Is it caused by hemorrhage? If so, what should I do in the meantime before I go to a clinic?
