Sunken chest problem
I’m 22 years old and I have a sunken chest problem that I noticed since a few years ago. My stomach protrudes to the front and does not look like a normal body which makes me self conscious about it. Is there any treatment to get rid of sunken chest?

Nevertheless, for your information, sunken chest is referred to as Pectus excavatum which is a condition in which a person’s breastbone is sunken into his or her chest. Severe cases of pectus excavatum can eventually interfere with the function of the heart and lungs.
