Suspicious “pimple” on old mole scar on neck

Hi, I had a mole on my neck removed by a dermatologist about 14 years ago in my early 20s. However, because the mole was deep, it came back (but not fully), so after 5 years or so, i had it removed traditionally by a chinese sifu “dr”. There is a scar and very light brown coloring but it blends more with my skin than it resembles a mole.
On and off, this scar will seem to have a pimple underneath it and there will be pus and it hurts like a pimple, which i will squeeze n thereafter, a scab or crust will cover it. this will go on for a few days. Then it seemed to heal. In this past 9 years since i saw the traditional dr, this happened about 5 times.
Should i be concerned, in case it is cancer? Or most like really just a pimple?
