Throbbing Pain on the Left Knee

I am 35 years old exclusive breastfeeding mom to 2 year old toddler, with a history of severe asthma condition; regular follow up at IPR; on montelukast 1 tablet per night, Foster beclometasone Formoterol 2 puff daily, and Beclomethason Intranasal Solution 1 puff twice daily,
and also anxiety disorder; on setraline 75mg every night since November 2016. 150cm, 53kg.
Recently for the past few months, i started to feel throbbing pain on my left knee. The pain felt more intense in the middle of the night.I have started to consume surbex calcium D3 supplement. It doesn’t lessen the pain.
Should i be worry about it doctor? Your expert advice are highly appreciated.
