Greetings! Thank you for your questions.

First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your symptoms and other health problems you might be facing. For your information, the treatments available for tinnitus depend on the underlying cause. We need to assess/examine your condition to determine the underlying cause for suggesting the treatment that you might need. This may include:

  • Reassurance, which might be enough as no treatment is needed
  • Relaxation exercises - manage muscles and circulation all over the body
  • Medications - improving blood flow to the cochlea, or treat associated depression
  • Use of hearing aids
  • Using other competing sounds in order to mask the ringing noise

You can easily get ear, nose & throat problems, but don’t let it get to you.

In order for us to provide you with an accurate choice of treatment and management, we need additional details to explore further into your current complaints. Therefore, we greatly suggest that you refer this to your nearest medical doctor for full examination. You may also click on this link (DoctorOnCall) to speak with our doctors online.
