Wounds from cat scratch

I have just been scratched by a cat. The cat is domestice cat but roams around outside in our neighborhood. Two very small puncture on my leg. One of the puncture had very tiny blood. I had tetanus shot in 2014. I read that tetanus shot can last for 10 years. I had washed my legs using dettol body shower get and warm water. I also applied HOE Gentamicin cream 0.1% w/w on the wounds. Should I get another tetanus shot ? Thanks.
