4 yrs ago had sex with prostitute. Contracted the balanitis. Had done blood test for hiv, syphilis, hsv and all negative. Rule out hpv as well. I always don’t believe the blood test, so i did 3 times blood test. But now the glans is still red and got red spots on it. What could that be? I had been treated with anti fungus cream, steroid and anti biotic these years. Still red, why? I almost went crazy thinking that there is some hidden disease doctor can’t diagnose because of my dirty sexual history. Would that be infectious? Why still red? I hope Dr can gv me a very clear answer. Thank you.
