Im early 30’s and having sex with my wife once or twice a week. But seldom we are busy and i will masturbate. I noticed blood in my semen and my first encounter is around 40-50% of the fluid is blood (darkish brown red) no sign of pain or discomfort. Around a week later, i done masturbate second time. The amount of blood in my semen is more or less the same. But i have very light pain on my right testicles.
I do have hypertension, and having medication for hypertension. I changed few medicine for my HBP. I also noticed my sex drive is slowly reduced and sometimes cant stay for long (fast flaccid if pulled out or slow down and fast reached climax if tried to maintain speed)
May i know what should i do for my blood in semen and does it affected my sex live?
I only having sex with my wife. I had sex before with my ex(during together) before my wife and always stay loyal.
