Body produce high amount of heat at night

I am a 24 years old female. I noticed that my body produces more amount of heat at night. This is more noticeable at night, give or take 7pm onwards. My body, such as my head, neck, legs feel hotter than average compared to the day but I’m not sweating. At first, I thought i was having a fever because of i feels hot touching my forehead and neck but I don’t feel any fatigue, tired, chills, cough, runny nose, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea. It does not really affect me negatively because I can still do my normal tasks. During the day, my body’s temperature goes back to average. I may have this situation several times in my life before but I’m not 100% sure. I don’t really gave any attention to it but since stuck at home due to RMO, i started to notice it back. I’m curious about the cause of it as well as whether this is a symptom for other underlying conditions? Thank you.
