Central Chest Pain - hurts when move

Hi. I’m 29, female, smoker. I was heading out for lunch at work and got this sudden chest pain. It’s difficult to sit up straight and it also hurts when I move. I do have a history of chest pains, they’re usually not as painful and doesn’t really affect my day-to-day. Went to clinics and it’s usually linked to stress, not enough sleep and the pain would usually go away after a few minutes. I’m usually not very concerned when I get chest pains especially after a long week at work or I know that I didn’t get enough sleep, but today’s pain is quite unusual. Could it be heart burn?
