Concern of 3 weeks with phlegm

Hi, I had experience whitish phlegm for 3 weeks, last 3 days started fever for 2 days. I only feeling feverish on morning, after take bath and had some rest, temp normalize again. Past 3 days also, had a bit of coughing (not continuous) due to itchy throat and my throat isn’t painful. Today noticed one white spot on my left tonsil with persistent pleghm present. Had use gargle and flu syrup but my symptoms only relieved temporary
