Cough since Chinese New Year

Hello doctor. I’m 36 female. I had cough but no fever, for almost a month now (I was having sore throat and cough during CNY too, but again no fever. Suspect cough ‘return’ after eating durian or probably I did not fully recover and hence the cough relapse?)
I went to see doctor on the 5 March 2020, given medication but cough still persist. I went to see doctor again on 23 March 2020 and was given cough syrup and mucoclear. Now my 5-day medication has finish, I am still having cough, less phlegm on the throat but still have mucus on my nose which causes stuffy nose, that sometimes make me hard to breathe thru the nose. Occasionally, the little phlegm on the throat makes the throat super itchy and I will cough for at least a minute. What should I do, is it best to seek specialist consultation for further investigation?
