Consciousness problem

I have 8 hours straight sleep from 10PM to 6AM. Then breakfast and feel totally ready to jump to work at around 7AM. But when I start reading book (I am reading “Thinking Fast and Slow” now), I completely feel sleepy, just like the feeling when I go to school at 7AM. I don’t understand why? I have been that for 3 days.
