Constant headaches on my period

I’m 23 yrs old and whenever it’s the 1st to 2nd day of my period, I get a really painful headache. I also feel nausea and have cold sweats. I have trouble trying to sleep it off because of the painful headache.

I have my period every month now but it always starts a few days later (ranging from 3-10 days). Is the headache normal for the first few days of the menstruation cycle? It is disrupting my work because of it.

Thank you.
