Cough, breathing difficulties, dizzy, chest pain

Hi, i would like to ask whether is it necessary for me to do screening for covid-19 since I’ve shown some symptoms for the past few days. The symptoms are summarized below:

-cough with a little bit of phlegm. Phlegm is mostly colourless and a little “yellowish”. Cough more frequently at night. I’m coughing less in the past two days compared to three four days ago.
-No fever(temperature 36.5C)
-having some difficulty breathing especially when lying down flat and particularly at night before I sleep.
-some discomfort in the middle part of the chest. Sometimes have minor pain on the right chest. The middle part of the chest hurts a little when i cough.

  • woke up this morning and experience pain on my right side upper back. The part just below my right shoulder.
    -no sore throat.
-dizzy when I’m standing or sitting upright for over an hour.

Hmm…ya i think that’s all. Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks doctor.
