Coughing for week with mild fever and now heavy chest hard to breath

I am having cough since first week Feb till now.
Fever on and off, usually within a day or two fed with panadols and lots of water and herbal tea the fever reduced but comes back again.

For past four weeks, I been having three weeks of panadols and prednisolone and one week of antibiotics.

This week since 2 March, I am facing heavy chest and hard to breath. Breathing is shallow. Fever still on and off.

The past four weeks, I do not travel out of Malaysia. But I have been dining in China restaurant and also meeting with China friends for dinner. Also close contact with my Aunty whom is a tour guide for a China Tour which ends at 26 January 2020.
