Coughing, had meet Dr 16/3/2020, had finished my medication but worsen

I am sorry if my questions may annoyed you…
I went to hospital last week (16/3/2020) due to my coughing… and the Dr prescribed me some medicine… and the dr did told me to come again after one week as if my cough tak baik lagi… I xberani keluar rumah due to RMO and the ubat batuk as well dah habis…
The thing is now after one week it is still the same, and whenever i cough my back (behind my abdomen) will be in pain too… what should i do? Should i go back as per the TCA or how?
