Covid-19 Back from Japan

Already back from Japan 2 weeks ago (Osaka) before Japan become serious. Am I still in medium risk ? I have tried to get tested to ensure i am free from virus but hospital told me i no need to be tested as i dont have any symptoms. Please advise.
