Greetings! Thank you for the question. For your information, you have to be worried if you had recently traveled to any of the countries that are heavily affected by the COVID-19 or you had a close contact with someone who is a CONFIRMED case of COVID-19.
According to WHO, the common symptoms of COVID-19 infection are:
- Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
According to our MOH protocol, self-quarantine is indicated for the following scenarios:
Close contact with positive cases, with or without symptoms.
Symptomatic with travel history to high risk countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Italy and Iran.
You are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories.
