Through the question and statement you gave on the above section, i completely understand your concern over this matter. For your information, you recommended staying home and away from others for 14 days if you were in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive.
If your initial test came back negative and you start to develop symptoms of COVID-19, you need to get retested. It may turn out that your first test was conducted too soon, when not enough virus was present to generate a positive result, or that the sample was collected incorrectly.
Boost your immune system with a balanced diet and good nutrition.
