Covid19 vaccination blood thinner

Salam, I am 63 yrs old and under medication for diabetes, high cholestrol and high blood pressure. I am also taking cardiprin prescribed by the doctor. I would be getting my covid19 vaccination on june 3. I would like to know whether it would be ok for me to take the jab since I am taking a blood thinner medication. Thank you
