Dizzy for 2 weeks and Im getting worried to it
Hii… so I am a 19 yrs old girl. I’ve been experiencing dizziness for 2 weeks until now. Before I get this dizziness I got assignment that I need to use the laptop everyday. whenever I got dizzy I see all around me are spinning. I got my period on 25 mar until 30 mar and it stop. But, after 4 days I start to bleed again and it stop. I’ve been doing the vertigo exercises for awhile now and I found it helps me a little bit to relieve the dizziness. before this dizziness attack me I’ve been feeling anxious all the time and there is uncomfortable feeling around my chest area. Last month, I hv see a doctor and I was diagnosed with acute stress disorder. they checked my heart using the ECG and it shows normal but my blood pressure was high at that time. please help me with y diziness i’m getting worried to it. I hope u can understand what i’m trying to say bcs english is not my first language. Thank you
