Do I have loss of smell and could it be a symptom of COVID 19?

Hello, currently I’m having a sore throat and have dry cough frequently lately, and today I think my smellings just got worse as I couldn’t smell that good compared to a few days ago. Now I’m wondering, with the loss of smell, do you really loss all that smellings or is it possible to still smell other things? I’m asking cus I just bought a Hurix cool inhaler tube and I still could smell the mint nicely. So does that mean I have loss of smell or am I just overworrying?
