Dry throat, no fever, minimal runny nose

i am a male, age 25, having dry throat after i wake up from my sleep. after drinking water, eating fruits and vitamins, my throat is not so dry. my throat is at the most dry state after i wake up from my sleep. i have abit of cough which contains phlegm. i normally will have cough with phlegm throughout the entire year.

Yesterday (one day) i have runny nose but currently i dont have runny nose for now.

i dont have body ache, shortness of breath. please advise
