Regarding your concern about self quarantine, you may continue the duration as instructed by your client and monitor for symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 such as fever, cough anda difficulty breathing. In the meantime, you can answer questions that can assess your risk profile. Here, I include the link, (Assess Your Risk Here). At the end of the test, you will receive a result and please act accordingly.
Over the period of quarantine, If you think you have one of COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) you are advised to get it check as we need an objective value to reassess the symptoms. You can visit the nearest government clinic to you. There will be an isolated area for patient with suspected COVID19. The doctors in the clinic will manage you appropriately by writing a referral letter to the hospital for investigation if needed.
