Feeling hard lump under cheek, persistent swollen lymph nodes
Hello Doctor,
30, woman, hard lump near jaw under right cheek. Non-smoker, but drinker. Lump under cheek sometimes painful, sometimes not. Painfully swollen lymph nodes up and down the neck going on more than 3 years, especially around both tonsils, and the pain affect ears sometimes.
Felt lump under cheek only days ago. Also have acid reflux, bad breath, gastritis, pain and something hard around thyroid that radiates toward back of neck. Lump under cheek about 1 cm in diameter, elongated. Tumour or swollen lymph node? How might I differentiate? Autoimmunity or something more?
Thank you so much Doctor.
