Female in early 20s experiencing dizziness

Hi, I am a student and I experience dizziness (very slight, like sometimes I am sitting and when I move or shift my position there is this sudden moment of ‘dizziness’ or feeling of imbalance. I was wondering what might be some of the causes? I did some simple research and am most concerned about diabetes as I do consume 1 to 3 cups of the tarik, sweetened coffee or milo during meal times, in addition to some biscuits and snacks - but not excessively as I am quite sugar-concenred. I work out almost every day for 30 mins a day too so I was wondering if diabetes might be a concern?
