Fever going up and down

Male, 44. Hyper tension on Atacand 16mg (for more than 5 years).

Developed fever on Thur (between 36ºC – 38+ºC) till now, muscle ache around back waist, neck + shoulder. Lost appetite. Migraine still on since Thur. Having a bit of diarrhea. Couldn’t sleep well due to the muscle ache.

Took:
• Panadol Active Fast (2x tablets 3x times per day) since Thur
•Suniton (2x tablets 2x times per day) since Fri
• Celebrex 200mg (1x tablet 2x times per day) Since Fri

I have only travelled to KK Sabah during CNY, have been WFH since MCO started, not exposed to any COVID-19 patients.

Is it safe for me to visit my panel Clinic?

Thank you in advance, Doctor
