Had fever and sore throat last week and now dry cough

Hi, I’m 30 years old, female and mother of 2 kids. Had fever and sore throat since last Thursday 19/3. Temperature was between 37.5-38.0 and fever lasted for 3 days. Then after I started to have dry cough because my throat is very itchy. Until today I am still having dry cough but there is phlegm too. I don’t have any fever now. I have not been to high risk countries or have any contact with positive covid19 patients . The only places I have been before the MCO was to the supermarket to get groceries. I am also working under essential services. So should I get tested for covid19?Please advice. Thanks.
