Hemorrhoids and Lactose Intolerant
Hi doctor. I’m 22 years old woman. And i think that i have lactose intolerance. It’s because whenever i drank mil, i will got symptoms like bloating, diarrhea. And now i have hemorrhoids. I already went to the clinic once and they gave me medicine and my hemorrhoids become better. But then my hemorrhoids happen again.can i what food should i avoid. N what food should I consume. I’m thinking to consume kefir. It is safe for me?
