I am very worried because I am having symptoms of Covid-19. I am curious whether to go for a test or just quarantine myself at home

I’m 16 years old and have been staying at home throughout the RMO… but before that I went to my hometown in Perak… besides that, my father is working during this RMO… I am worried because for now I have symptoms like headache, dry cough, flu and difficulty in breathing for about 4 days… but then these symtoms happen very rarely… which is at night or in the morning right after i wake up… so far i don’t have fever… should i go to the clinic to check or do i just stay quarantine at home? Thank u in advance…

Greetings!
