I got urticaria a few days ago

I am a woman in my 40’ and for the last few days I got urticaria. However, urticaria worsen from yesterday, after I got up I noticed hives on my arms and legs and my eyelids were swollen. It was a bit better this morning, but still present and not only on arms and legs. I assume that’s probably caused due to high stress during last month, since I had similar experience 7 years ago when I was under high stress, just like now. At that time, I suffered from urticaria more than 6 months. I would like to ask Doctor would Aerius tablets be enough to use it, without any tranquilizer for first week, or he perhaps could advise some other medicine? Thank you very much in advance.
