I have phlegm stuck at my throat

I am 22 years old. I have just recently travelled back from the UK on 20/3. As im aware, nobody on my flight has reported positive. I currently have no symptoms. I feel fine. I have no fever, cough, shortness of breath or loss of smell or taste. I also do not have a running nose but I’ve been developing phlegm at my throat that hard for me to swallow or spit out.
