Hello and thank you for addressing your concern.
According to your statement, we believe a thorough clerking, investigation and examination needs to be done first in order to clearly understand what we are facing at the moment. Correspondingly, the given information by you might only touch the surface of an underlying problem.

Generally, endometriosis is a condition in which there is a pathological growth of the uterus lining tissue outside of the uterus, that may occur in the ovaries, fallopian tubes, surrounding intestine tract and even the bladder. This tissue will behave according to a normal uterus tissue that will eventually shed and bleed during the menstrual cycle causing extreme pain and discomfort to the individual
Among the complications that can occur if left untreated include:
- chronic menstrual disorders
- abnormal bleeding
- miscarriage
- urinary disorders
- etc.
However, there are several diagnostic tools and treatment methods that can be used by a doctor based on the symptoms and condition of a suspected patient.
However, for now, I will advise you to
- proceed with the current therapy given by the previous doctor
- keep close records of any progression of the symptoms
- get immediate help if symptoms persist or worsen
