Mild fever with runny nose and also headache but no cough or sorr throat

im 24 years old and working. recently i developed a mild fever as well as bad flu ( runny nose). the next day my flu was getting better as i took medicine but the fever is sometimes on and off. had a bit of phlegms but no cough and no sore throat.

For you information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:

  • Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
  • Fatigue
  • Cough
  • Aches and pains
  • Sorethroat
  • Headaches
  • Shortness of breath

However, as you may already aware, these symptoms are not specific to COVID-19 but can be presented in other conditions such as in common flu and other infections by bacteria or other viruses.
